Effective: October 16, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 128th General Assembly The superintendent of insurance may adopt rules as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. These rules shall be adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
