Effective: December 26, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 218 - 129th General Assembly Nothing in sections 1751.77 to 1751.83 of the Revised Code shall be construed to create a cause of action against an employer that provides health care benefits to employees through a health insuring corporation.
