Effective: September 14, 1988 Latest Legislation: House Bill 796 - 117th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 1761.05 or division (G) of section 1761.08 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.(B) Whoever violates division (C) of section 1761.21 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A person who is convicted of violating such division is also subject to disciplinary action, including dismissal or removal from office.
