Effective: August 6, 2008 Latest Legislation: House Bill 332 - 127th General Assembly This chapter shall be applied and construed to effectuate the general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this chapter among states enacting the uniform partnership act (1997) except where it expressly differs substantially from the uniform partnership act (1997).
