Effective: March 23, 2018 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 8 - 132nd General Assembly A municipal court may enter into contracts with a county sheriff whose territorial jurisdiction includes the municipal court for the transportation of persons between the county jail and the municipal court. Each contract shall provide for the costs of providing transportation services from the county jail to the court and shall not apply to a period in excess of four years.
