Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When the line of a railroad adjoins or forms a part of the boundary line of a municipal corporation, such municipal corporation has jurisdiction over the entire width of the right of way of the line of such railroad for the punishment of the violation of the ordinances of such municipal corporation.
