Effective: March 17, 1987 Latest Legislation: House Bill 158 - 116th General Assembly Upon the expiration of his term of office , the clerk of a county court shall deposit with his successor such clerk's official dockets, the official dockets of his predecessors that are in his custody, and all files, papers, and other materials that pertain to his office and that are kept at his office as public records and property.
