Effective: March 17, 1987 Latest Legislation: House Bill 158 - 116th General Assembly A clerk of a county court who receives by succession dockets, files, papers, and materials as provided in section 1907.22 of the Revised Code shall, if requested, give a receipt for them to the person from whom they are received.
