Effective: March 17, 1987 Latest Legislation: House Bill 158 - 116th General Assembly When, within the period mentioned in section 1907.44 of the Revised Code, satisfactory proof is adduced before the judge of the county court that the award was obtained by fraud, corruption, or other undue means, the judge may set aside the award and his judgment on it, and proceed to final trial and judgment, as if the award never had been made.
