Effective: November 21, 1967 Latest Legislation: House Bill 475 - 107th General Assembly Subpoenas for witnesses, if requested, shall be issued by the clerk, or by order of the court or referee. The court may require the party requesting the issuance of a subpoena to pay a fee to cover the actual cost of issuance and service.
