Effective: January 13, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 129th General Assembly Every six years, in each county having a separate judge of the probate division of the court of common pleas, one probate judge shall be elected who is qualified as required by section 2301.01 of the Revised Code. The probate judge shall hold office for six years, commencing on the ninth day of February next following the judge's election.
