Effective: January 13, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 129th General Assembly The judge or judges of the probate court shall make rules regulating the practice and conducting the business of the court, and the judge or judges shall submit those rules to the supreme court. In order to maintain regularity and uniformity in the proceedings of all the probate courts, the supreme court may alter and amend the rules submitted by the judge or judges of a probate court and make other rules.
