Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 2101.09 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars.(B) Whoever violates section 2101.15 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than ten nor more than two hundred dollars.(C) Whoever violates section 2101.41 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than fifty dollars.
