Effective: April 6, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 432 - 131st General Assembly Sections 2105.31 to 2105.40 of the Revised Code shall be applied and construed to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of those sections among the states enacting the law.
