Effective: April 7, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 529 - 127th General Assembly As used in this section and sections 2108.26 to 2108.272 of the Revised Code, 'coroner' includes a medical examiner. A coroner shall cooperate with procurement organizations as described in sections 2108.26 to 2108.271 of the Revised Code to maximize the opportunity to recover anatomical gifts for the purpose of transplantation, therapy, research, or education.
