Effective: April 7, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 529 - 127th General Assembly Any recovery or removal procedure conducted under section 2108.263, 2108.264, 2108.265, or 2108.266 of the Revised Code shall be conducted within a period compatible with the preservation of parts for the purpose of transplantation, therapy, research, or education.
