Effective: April 7, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 529 - 127th General Assembly The bureau of motor vehicles shall maintain a toll-free telephone number available twenty-four hours a day that the public may use to obtain information on becoming an organ, tissue, or eye donor as provided in section 2108.05 of the Revised Code. The bureau of motor vehicles shall pay the costs of maintaining the toll-free telephone number.
