Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No bond executed by a fiduciary shall be void or held invalid because of any informality in such bond or because of informality or illegality in the appointment of such fiduciary. Such bond shall have the same effect as if the appointment had been legally made and the bond executed in proper form.
