Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If the probate court finds that the estate of a ward is insolvent or will probably be insolvent, such estate shall be settled by the guardian in like manner as for the settlement of the insolvent estate of a deceased person under section 2117.15 of the Revised Code.
