Effective: January 13, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 129th General Assembly If a nonresident ward for whom a resident guardian was appointed has become a resident since the appointment and a guardian has been appointed for the ward, the probate court shall remove the resident guardian previously appointed and require an immediate settlement of the account of the resident guardian previously appointed.
