Effective: January 13, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 129th General Assembly If a foreign administrator or executor has wasted, misapplied, or converted assets of an estate, or has insufficient property to discharge the foreign administrator's or executor's liability on account of the trust, or the foreign administrator's or executor's sureties are irresponsible, the distributees, heirs, or legatees, in any court of common pleas or probate court may compel the foreign administrator or executor to secure the amounts respectively due to them and any of the foreign administrator's or executor's sureties may require indemnity on account of their liability as bail.
