Effective: January 13, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 129th General Assembly The several provisional remedies and proceedings authorized by sections 2113.70 to 2113.73 of the Revised Code against a foreign executor or administrator also apply to the person and property of a foreign administrator or executor. The probate court or the court of common pleas may make any order or decree touching a foreign executor's or administrator's property and effects, or the assets of the estate, necessary for the security of those interested in the property, effects, or assets.
