Effective: January 13, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 129th General Assembly When a person entitled to money or other property invested or turned into the county treasurer or to a trustee under section 2113.81 of the Revised Code satisfies the probate court of the person's right to receive it, the court shall order the county treasurer or the trustee to pay it over to the person.
