§ 2115.04

Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Not less than five days previous thereto, a written notice stating the time and place of making the inventory required by section 2115.02 of the Revised Code, must be served by the executor or administrator on the surviving spouse, but such notice may be waived in writing by such surviving spouse.
