Effective: October 8, 1992 Latest Legislation: House Bill 427 - 119th General Assembly Upon the completion of the inventory required by section 2115.02 of the Revised Code, it shall be signed by the appraisers at its end, and the appraisers shall certify that the inventory is a true and correct appraisement of the property exhibited to them. It is not necessary for the appraisers to sign each schedule of the inventory. A copy of the inventory shall be retained by the executor or administrator who shall return the original to the probate court.
