Effective: January 13, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 129th General Assembly Prior to filing the ancillary administrator's final account, an ancillary administrator shall file in the probate court an application for a certificate of transfer as to the real property of the nonresident decedent situated in this state, in the same manner as in the administration of the estates of resident decedents under section 2113.61 of the Revised Code.
