Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any person indebted to the estate of a nonresident decedent or holding property belonging thereto may pay such indebtedness or deliver such property to the ancillary administrator when appointed, and shall thereupon be discharged from further liability to said estate.
