Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Probate judges, county recorders, and county auditors shall for services required by sections 2129.01 to 2129.30, inclusive, of the Revised Code, charge and collect the same fees as for similar services in the administration of the estates of resident decedents.
