Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Trusts created by a will made out of this state and relating to lands situated herein may be executed as provided in sections 2129.28 to 2129.30, inclusive, of the Revised Code, after the will is admitted to record in this state.
