Effective: June 30, 2011 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 122 - 129th General Assembly (A) The governor shall appoint the director of youth services as the compact administrator for the interstate compact for juveniles. (B) The governor shall appoint the compact administrator or shall allow the compact administrator to appoint a designee to serve as the commissioner from this state on the interstate commission for juveniles.
