Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly A public children services agency shall not file a complaint under section 2151.27 of the Revised Code because a child is hosted by a host family in compliance with section 2151.90 of the Revised Code, unless the agency determines that factors other than the hosting warrant filing the complaint.
