Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of county commissioners of Cuyahoga county shall provide suitable accommodations, facilities, and equipment for the juvenile court, its officers, and employees. The expense of maintaining and operating the court shall be paid out of the treasury of Cuyahoga county.
