Effective: June 29, 1972 Latest Legislation: House Bill 574 - 109th General Assembly The administrative juvenile judge may appoint one or more bailiffs to preserve order and perform such other duties as such judge requires, as provided for constables in section 2701.07 of the Revised Code. The compensation of any such appointee shall be fixed and paid on the same basis as provided by section 2701.08 of the Revised Code for the compensation of constables in the court of common pleas of Cuyahoga county.
