Effective: September 11, 2008 Latest Legislation: House Bill 138 - 127th General Assembly All writs and orders for provisional remedies, and process of every kind, shall be issued by the clerk of the court of common pleas, or directly by an order or local rule of a court, or by a county board of revision with jurisdiction pursuant to section 323.66 of the Revised Code; but before they are issued a praecipe shall be filed with the clerk demanding the same.
