Effective: September 30, 1976 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1217 - 111th General Assembly (A) No person, with purpose to deceive, shall provide, wear, use, or possess a false identifying device or identification card.(B) Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
