Effective: June 27, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 262 - 129th General Assembly (A) A victim of a violation of section 2905.32 of the Revised Code has and may commence a civil cause of action for compensatory and punitive damages against the trafficker for harm that resulted from the violation of section 2905.32 of the Revised Code. (B) The cause of action created by this section is in addition to any other cause of action available under statutory or common law.
