Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If the plaintiff in an action for dower dies before final judgment therein, the action may be revived in the name of the personal representative of such plaintiff for the purpose of recovering the value of such dower, from the beginning of the action to the decedent's death.
