Effective: August 4, 1961 Latest Legislation: House Bill 214 - 104th General Assembly When the judicial acts or other proceedings of a court have not been regularly brought up and recorded by the clerk, such court may have them made up and recorded within such time as it directs. When made up, and found to be correct, the presiding judge shall sign them.
