Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When a judgment or decree has been rendered in the court of appeals and a mandate directed to the court of common pleas to carry it into execution, on the death of either or both parties thereto before its satisfaction, it may be revived in such court of common pleas in conformity with section 2325.19 of the Revised Code.
