Effective: July 29, 1983 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 23 - 115th General Assembly Any person who files a foreign judgment pursuant to section 2329.022 of the Revised Code shall pay a filing fee of fifteen dollars. Fees for docketing, transcription, or other enforcement proceedings shall be as provided in section 2303.20 of the Revised Code.
