Effective: January 1, 1958 Latest Legislation: House Bill 937 - 102nd General Assembly If the property of a clerk of the court of common pleas, sheriff, coroner, county court judge, or constable, or of a collector of state, county, municipal corporation, or township taxes, is levied on, for or on account of money by him collected or received in his official capacity, the property so levied on shall be sold without valuation.
