Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The regalia, insignia of office, journals of proceedings, account books, and the private work belonging to a benevolent society in this state is exempt from seizure or sale to satisfy any judgment or decree rendered against such society.
