Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly An assignment or transfer of property in the hands or under the control of an agent of the railroad company mentioned in section 2333.02 of the Revised Code at the date of the service of notice of garnishment required by such section, or which afterwards and before the satisfaction of the judgment, comes into his hands or under his control, shall be void as against judgment claimants under sections 2333.02 to 2333.07, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
