Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly On examination pursuant to sections 2333.09 to 2333.27, inclusive, of the Revised Code, no person shall be excused from answering any question on the ground that his examination will tend to convict him of a fraud. His answer shall not be used as evidence against him in a prosecution for such fraud.
