Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If, at any time, in the opinion of the court, the official bond of its clerk, is not sufficient in form, or becomes insufficient, for want of responsible sureties to secure the payment of the sum specified in such bond, the court, on motion, shall order its clerk to give additional bond, with responsible sureties, in the sum required by law, with the proper conditions.
