Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly All costs certified from the county treasury in criminal cases, and afterwards collected and paid to the clerk of the court of common pleas, probate judge, or sheriff, and all fines paid to them, shall be paid by such officer into the county treasury, on or before the Saturday next preceding the beginning of each term of the court of common pleas.
