Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The clerk of the supreme court shall keep a direct and reverse index of all causes by the names of parties, alphabetically arranged, showing in separate columns the names of plaintiff and defendant, as they appear on the journal in the final order, unless otherwise ordered by the court. Such index must show the volume and page of the minute book on which the final judgment or order is entered, the term at which it was rendered, the journal or order book on which it is entered, and the volume and page of the final record.
