Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The records and papers pertaining to the business of the supreme court shall be kept in the rooms provided for the court. They shall not be removed therefrom unless by direction of the court, and then only so long as its business requires.
