Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly If a quorum of the supreme court is not in attendance on the first day of a term, the clerk of the supreme court shall enter such fact on record, and the court will stand adjourned from day to day for ten days. If the court is not opened within ten days, all matters pending therein shall stand continued until the next term. No action or matter shall abate or be discontinued because of such continuance.
