Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The supreme court shall cause each of its decisions, in disposing of a motion or otherwise, which determines or modifies an unsettled or new and important question of law, or gives construction to a statute of ambiguous import, to be reported with as much brevity as practicable. The court shall cause to be reported such other of its decisions as it deems of public interest and importance.
